Secondly, does the denial of a visarquest automatically lead to an SIS-alert and if this is the case is there according to the Schengenrules an obligation to inform the applicant about issuing this alert, including the term for which it will be valid. I find lots of info about how you can appeal a denial or how you can request access or change of SIS-data, but nowwhere something about the obligations of a Schengenstate to inform about sis-alerts by handling visa requess.
